Yes, there are two insulated pockets internally. Fitting up to 4 bottles.

Is there a key strap?

Internally we have added a key strap, alternatively you can use it for a dummy case attachment.

Is it suitable for multiple kids?

This bag has been trialed with mothers of quadruplets succesfully.

Is it water resistant?

Yes, it is water resistant both inside and out!
