Shipping Policy – Little & Co
Preorders & Restocks
If your order includes a preorder or restock item, your entire order will be held and shipped once all items are in stock at our warehouse.
If you would like ready-to-ship items sent separately, please email us at info@littleandco.com.au to arrange this. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Australian Shipping
We offer free Australian standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs for orders under this threshold are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Orders that qualify for free shipping over $150 AUD may lose free shipping eligibility if a discount code is applied, unless otherwise specified.
Free shipping thresholds apply to the final order value after discounts.
Little & Co reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Ready-to-ship items are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours during business operating days.
Business operating days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays, weekends, and any notified Little & Co holiday closure periods.
Orders placed before 1:00pm Sydney time will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00pm Sydney time will begin processing from the next business day.
Processing and dispatch time refers to the time taken for Little & Co to prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping time is separate and begins only once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods, promotional events, sale periods, or holiday closure periods, dispatch times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We use trusted shipping carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, FedEx, DHL, and other delivery partners where required.
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by the shipping carrier.
Urgent Orders
If you require priority dispatch, please contact info@littleandco.com.au prior to placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, expedited processing cannot be guaranteed.
PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes within Australia. International orders require a valid residential or business address.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Australia Post International services and other courier partners where appropriate.
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:
United States and most countries: 5–15 business days
Delays may occur due to customs processing or international logistics. During peak periods or unexpected delays, shipping timeframes of approximately 2.5 to 3 weeks may occur.
Factors That May Affect Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, seasonal demand, or global disruptions.
Little & Co does not control shipping timeframes once an order has been dispatched.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
If duties, taxes, or tariffs are not paid and the parcel is returned to sender, any return shipping fees or losses incurred may be deducted from the refund.
Returns, Change of Mind & Address Accuracy
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order requires re-shipment, additional shipping fees will apply.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect address details, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery & Safe Drop
Delivery may be completed by the carrier via signature or safe drop, depending on the service selected and carrier practices.
Little & Co is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, including parcels left at the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.
International Shipping Costs
A flat rate of AUD $45 applies to international orders below $250 AUD.
Orders over $250 AUD qualify for free international shipping.
