Return & Refund Policy – Little & Co

At Little & Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please review this policy carefully before requesting a return.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. At our discretion, we may offer store credit for eligible items returned within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging included. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non refundable. A 20 percent restocking fee may apply to approved change of mind returns.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, discounted items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are made to order or specially allocated and are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a preorder item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order.

To assess your claim, we require clear photo and video evidence of the issue, including the packaging where relevant.

If your claim is approved, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Conditions

All approved returns must be received within 30 days of delivery and meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging must be included
Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Where applicable, a 20 percent restocking fee may be deducted for change of mind returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, you may return your original item if eligible and place a new order.

How to Request a Return

Please email returns@littleandco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. For faulty or damaged items, photo and video evidence must be included.
